About Maple Concierge Medicine
Primary care, built on connection.
Meet Dr. Alexandra Doroshow, DO, MSCP
Hi, I’m Alexandra Doroshow, DO
If you’ve ever wished for more time, connection, or guidance during a doctor’s appointment, you’re not alone.
After nearly a decade of practicing medicine, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was more out there. Not just for me, but for my patients.
When I discovered direct primary care, everything clicked. A model built around time, access, and real connection. This is the kind of care I always knew I wanted to provide.
Maple exists because you deserve a doctor who truly knows you. You deserve to feel heard, supported, and cared for in every step of your healthcare journey.

My Philosophy
From a young age, I was taught to “do the right thing.” This value has stayed with me, guiding many decisions in my life, and continues to shape the way I practice medicine.
When I decided to pursue medicine as a college freshman, my goal was simple: to help people and make the world better through my interest in science and the human body.
Years later, I feel grateful to be able to fulfill my childhood ambitions, but on my own terms, aspiring to give patients the best primary care experience possible.
Foundations of Care:
- Viewing health holistically, cultivated by my background in osteopathic medicine
- Validating concerns compassionately
- Taking the time and space to listen
- Partnering with patients in their care
- Individualizing treatment plans
- Practicing evidence-based medicine supported by science and research
- Recognizing my limits and collaborating with trusted specialists as needed
