Access to discounted bloodwork at Quest/Labcorp
Menopause care included
Please note that your insurance will be billed for certain tests, including but not limited to Pap smear cytology and pathology results for skin biopsies.

- Couples receive 10% off one partner’s membership
A few quick details:
- Membership begins with an initial 90-day commitment and continues month-to-month thereafter.
- If your needs change, we simply ask for 30 days’ notice to ensure a smooth transition of your care.
- Maple provides comprehensive primary care, but it is not a substitute for health insurance. Services such as certain labs and imaging, prescriptions, specialist care, and hospitalizations are typically billed through your health insurance
